Have a beautiful home in a very peaceful / safe area of Tucson 2. Wonderful neighborhood and neighbors 3. Home is conveniently located to grocery stores, shopping, gas stations, gyms, etc. 4. Home has been completely remodeled and is very welcoming providing the latest in technology such as automation of lighting etc. 5. Zazu, their dog, although large, is one of the best trained and well-behaved dogs that I have interacted with. Anyone would fall in love with Zazu as she is so sweet. She is well trained on a leash so walking her is a pleasure. 6. Their home is like being on vacation Qualifications for Occupying Someone’s Property: 1. Both Derek and Stephanie are professionals with very successful careers 2. Very reliable, well organized, take pride in their accommodations and treat others property with respect as if it were their own 3. Very handy, if there is a small household problem, they would be able to identify the problem and what needs to be done 4.
